Courtship is the period in any relationship, when two individuals create the base for a secure future. Its also a time, when many commit mistakes of trying to overtly control their partners, leading to unwanted tensions and laying the base for future separations.

Hereby 5 very important tips on how to walk on the road to PERFECT RELATIONSHIP:


1. His/Her friends are your friends: 

The first major mistake many individuals make is to try and alienate their partners from their friends. 
REMEMBER- friends have been the source of emotional, social and personal balance since his/her youngest age. By being possessive and asking your partner to go against them, you tend to create a "feel bad" sentiment that eventually may come back to hurt your relationship.
Solution - The ground for a progressive relationship is to promote friendship, and intermingle with his/her friends.  


2. Don't criticize the game:

Most guys love to watch or play a game of cricket, football, basketball, etc. Watching or Playing the game satisfies their male emotional and psychological self, helps in male friends bonding and helps use in production of male sexual hormone testosterone.
REMEMBER - By constantly criticizing the game, most ladies, push their men to secretly indulge in such pleasures. Hence forth leading the men to start lying or fighting for their space.
Solution- give them time to watch/play the game. If possible be part of the festivities or just indulge in something more constructive during that time.

REMEMBER- Shopping is like sacred. Its like watching "the game". It stimulates the female emotional, hormonal, psychological and physical self. 
Solution - Be patient. Give your partner enough time to shop. If possible be part of it. Try and understand the important of shoes, bags, wallets, jackets, perfumes, original and fake jewelry. It could turn out to be a very positive plus point for your relationship.


4. Make sure he/she has something of yours:

The mind is a beautiful organ. It works in the most organised and the most dis-organised of fashions. Once its overloaded with emotions, it stops thinking practically and only concentrates on the topic at hand. So overload his/her brain with your emotions.
REMEMBER - I will let a small secret of human brain and human psychiatry. "The eyes are the gateway for triggering memories".
Solution - Leave something personal of your with him/her. Something that they can see, touch or feel daily. It shouldn't be a photo-graph, but something more personal.
A piece of jewelry, a piece of clothing, a piece of underwear, a watch, a cellphone, etc. Something That you have used and now he/she has in his/her possession. It should be something that triggers positive memories. This way it will always help to increase love.


5. The power of Actions: 

When was the last time when you suddenly praised, hugged, kissed or SMSed him/her. 
REMEMBER- Actions speak more than words. A 1000 "i love you" cannot compare to a surprise hug, kiss or drive.

1. Men think about sex 24x7

Men do think about sex 24x7, but only those men who either have Obessesive compulsive disorder or extreme sexual anxiety.
The rest think about it only a couple of times within a week. Research has proved that in certain groups, women tend to spend more time thinking about sex than men. 

2. Single guys are better in bed than married guys

A married man, who has treated sex as a conjugal exercise rather than focusing on his own pleasure, has greater understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological impacts of the act.
Continous discussion with his partner, helps him understand the needs of a woman, the importance of foreplay and the exstacy of orgasm.

Most single men on the contrary treat sex as just an extension of masturbation, where sexual intercourse and personal satisfaction is the only goal and vision. Most such men, fall very short of experiencing the true fun and happiness involved in the sexual act.

What is popularly called as man boobs or enlarged male breasts is medically referred to as Gynecomastia. It is one of the most emotionally devastating physical conditions that a male might suffer from.

The negative effects can range from mild degree of poor self image and low self esteem, to serious problems like complete social isolation and clinical depression.


Why do they happen?

The main reason for excessive development of mammary glands or breasts in males is sex hormone imbalance.

The human brain-body complex produces both, the male sexual hormone testosterone and the female sexual hormone estrogen.

Both of them are required for maintenance of healthy skin, hair, muscle mass, virility and sexual strength.

In males the production of testosterone is many times higher than estrogen. This maintains a positive hormonal balance and promotes normal male body development.

b. Increase testosterone level and burn fat by specific exercise patterns.
